Dandaberryshakers	Posted on 10:55PM on Oct 1st, 2009 You need to feel it, painful as it all may be. It needs to be released. Let it go and be lighter for it. To hold it is to be burdened by it. Sob, bawl, cry, scream aloud... And then be free of it. (Hug)

Dandaberryshakers	Posted on 11:05PM on Oct 1st, 2009 I've been brought to my knees so many times in the past few years I've lost count. I've crawled, fought and clawed my way out of the pits of hell many times, only to slip and fall again or be viciously beaten back down there. It is tiring and a weary business it is. It is okay to be weary. Just take a break. A tactical retreat to regain your strength is not a defeat, but a necessary respite on your way to the way out that awaits.
